About ticket ordering and user’s terms and conditions
We have collected informations about ordering and buying tickets on our website. Please read it through before you buy your ticket in order to avoid any misunderstanding.
How does VilágVeleje’s online ticket ordering work?
Registration
You have to register in order to buy tickets online. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. You can do it on
vilagveleje.hu/en/registration.
You need to register, because we file your ordering by your name, user account and email address. We do not give away your given personal information to any third person. As a registered user you can also use our guest book.
Buying tickets
In our ticket buying system you can buy tickets for programs listed on our website. These programs are indicated with an icon, “TICKET”:

, next to the ticket price. If you click on the icon it directs you to the ticket ordering website, where you can choose from all the programs for which we are pre-selling tickets. You can also reach this site by clicking on
“Ticket purchasing” on the left side of the website.
After you have chosen the name of the event and the number of tickets you would like to buy, by clicking on “go” your tickets will be placed into the “shopping basket”. After this by clicking on “choosing further events” you can continue buying more tickets or click on “cart” and view its contents.
After this you can still take tickets out from the “cart” or you can empty it all by clicking on “empty cart”, or you can pay by clicking on “checkout”. Before you pay you have to accept our terms and conditions (which you are reading right now).
When you click on “checkout” we direct you to OTP Bank Rt.’s paying system. We suggest you before you give all your details check the amount you are about to pay and that in the “entitled” section WWW.VILAGVELEJE.HU is indicated.
If all the details are fine, you need to put your card number into the indicated heading, and also fill in the validity section. It is also needed that you give your card’s CVC code, which is on the back of your card, next to your signature (last three numbers). Maestro cards do not have these codes, so you can just leave that space empty.
You can abort the paying any time by clicking on “Cancel”, in this case we will not charge your card.
When you have given all the details you must click on “Start” and by this you are sending it all to OTP, which means after that you can not abort the paying.
Your details (card number, validity of card, CVC code) will be securely kept at OTP Bank Rt.’s secure system, it will not be kept by any other computer systems (also not by VilágVeleje). In every case VilágVeleje will send you an email about the result of the transaction.
What cards can I buy tickets with?
- Visa Classic
- MasterCard
- American Express cards
- Depending on the issuer Visa Electron – only if the issuer have authorized the internet usage of the card, will our system accept it.
-Maestro cards issued only by OTP Bank Nyrt.
Are the number of tickets I can buy for one event limited?
Yes. For one event you can buy maximum 6 tickets.
How will I know if the transaction was successful?
The system lets you know about the result of your transaction in two ways. There will be a message on the site itself saying about the result and you will also get a confirmation email.
What should I do if I would like to get an invoice?
If you would like to get an invoice you should indicate that, when you receive your ticket at the ticket office.
When and how can I get my tickets?
You can receive your tickets on the day of the event one hour before the advertised starting time on the spot. You will need two things in order to do that: The code you have received in your confirmation email and your name.
We cannot post tickets in any ways.
Can I pay with culture vouchers?
Tickets purchased online can only be paid for with credit card but when bought on the spot SODEXO culture vouchers are also accepted. (Only available in Gödör Club!)
What happens if the event I have bought tickets for is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled we will inform you in our NEWS heading, and also about how you can re-exchange your ticket.
Can I re-exchange or change the tickets I have bought online?
No, the tickets you have bought cannot be exchanged.

By buying tickets You accept the following terms and conditions:
Tickets are valid for a one-off entering to the event. When you come to the concert you are liable to keep the policy of Orczy Park and other security regulations of the concert. You are visiting the concert at your own risk. Organizers are doing everything to make the concert secure, but doesn’t take responsibility for personal or value damages caused by other visitors' behavior. To take in alcohol, glasses or any objects, which can be used as a weapon are strictly forbidden. We will not serve out alcohol and cigarettes to anyone under the age of 18. By buying this ticket you also accept that if you appear on any photos taken at the event, you cannot complain about that. Any visitors, who disobeys the terms and conditions, can be dislodged from the venue and the organizers are not required to pay back the fee of the ticket. The organizers maintain the possibility of changing programs and the starting hour of show times.
