The Hated Tomorrow, Kata Juhász: Café de la Dance (dance), Heaven Street Seven, The Carbonfools, Tóni Vida – Tordas Radio Party

Worldgödör series continues in 2010, this year it is the first time, when the audience can meet with popular Hungarian bands, a young trust and with dance/performance shows in one night.

The Hated Tomorrow was formed in August, 2005 by four friends, from them, two brothers, Balázs Horváth singer and Barnabás drummer. Since their founding, they have been playing in some of the most prestigious places, both in Budapest and in the country side. After two EP, their song “Masfeld” was chosen to be the main song in the Hungarian film, Mansfeld.

They recorded their debut album called “Klausztrofóbia” in 2008 with the help of Márk Moldvai. The famous Status Quo band also chose them, so they could play with them in Petőfi Csarnok and in Főnix Csarnok in Debrecen.
In 2009 Quart.hu music portal talked about them as “2009’sprobable winners”. Their music is inspired by U2, The Cure, Oasis and Blink-182. Their new album (with 5 songs) is out now and available for free downloading, this concert is also their album release concert.

Café de la Dance (directed by Kata Juhász) has many times been a great success in Gödör. The play is following a French model, in which the dance as a performance steps out of the theatric medium to take common spaces where the audience can meet with dance in a new context.

We don't need to introduce Heaven Street Seven since its one of the most well known bands in Hungary. They are celebrating their 15th anniversary this year, and they are getting ready for a sort of “best of” album, touring around the country and a big birthday concert in Budapest, and they are starting all of this in Gödör. Energetic guitar pop, songs for the heart, drama, humor, self irony – 15 years HS7 in WorldGödör.

After HS7 The Carbonfools is on stage. It is their 10th anniversary this year. Since 2006 Balázs Fehér joined Titusz’s band as a singer, so he can spice up the concert a little bit with his lyrics, and his energetic performance on stage. Their music is combined and in it there are rock, blues, reggae, dub, disco, folk, etno and modern sounds mingled.
After the concerts Vida Tóni Tordas RadioParty will give a great finish to the day.

Tickets can be bought in Gödör for 1500 HUF.
